Egbert Krupp / Lightpaintings – pixels instead of pigments
Egbert Krupp started his artistic career in the 80s with his studies on the Düsseldorf Art Academie and lots of exhibitions of his paintings and grafics over more than 10 years.
From the early 90s ‘till now he works as a very successfull fotografer, specialised in portrait-, beauty- and hairfotografie as well as travel- and hotelfotografie.
In the last 5 years he developed a technic to produce art fotos of a very unique kind.
He layers up to 15 pictures over each other and combines them to imaginary landscapes that let the viewer travel to sometimes visible, sometimes imaginary places.
The pictures he sold so far are up to 15ft x 10ft (4,5m x 3m) in size.
